Hi Guo-Ping, The Quick Access Toolbar is a built-in part of Windows and doesn't have anything to do with ChimeraX per se. After installing ChimeraX, you should be able to start it from the Start menu at the lower-left corner of your Windows screen (as "UCSF ChimeraX"). --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
