Hi all, In the 1.9 daily build only (not the 1.8 release candidate), missing-structure pseudobonds are now labeled with the number of residues the pseudobond represents. If you do not like this new behavior, you can turn it off in the 'Labels' preference category (make sure to 'Save' your changed setting). --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
