
Hi Tom, To clarify, you’d want to be able to type #+begin_src chimerax (Some script) #+end_src And execute it with C-c C-c? That is not in this initial release, but do open an issue about it and I’ll look into org-babel-execute (what I’d need to hook into to get it working). — Zach
