Hello Hong, The commands look correct to me, but sometimes it is possible to get those kinds of messages if there are other characters in the line, even special or invisible characters. My only guess is to make sure that the cxc file is a plain text file, not rich text, word document, etc. Sometimes when you paste text, it includes other information like the font that is not plain text. If the cxc file is plain text, it should work the same as putting the individual commands into the command line one by one. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. I was trying to color code my imod models based on their volume (see attached). It worked ok for me just one model file opened in ChimeraX. When I was doing anther model file, I can passed the individual command in the command line to change color: color #1.1 #ceecc8 However, when I generate a cxc file and open it from command line or click on Open, it showed Unknown command: color #1.1 #ceecc8
