Hello, What do you mean by "a coot view of map"? If you want to display the map as a blue mesh (the default style in Coot) instead of a grey surface (the default style in ChimeraX), you can use the volume viewer to adjust the display options of your map. There is a color picker, and a dropdown menu to choose a display style. See https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/volumeviewer.html You can get the same result with the following commands: volume #1 style mesh volume #1 color blue assuming model #1 is your map, adjust accordingly. If this shade of blue is not exactly the same one as in Coot, you might find a closer one here: https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/colornames.html#builtin I hope this helps, Guillaume On 23 Jan 2023, at 08:14, Cryo EM via ChimeraX-users <chimerax-users@cgl.ucsf.edu<mailto:chimerax-users@cgl.ucsf.edu>> wrote: Hi everyone, Does anyone know of a command for getting a coot view of map in ChimeraX? I remember seeing it in chimera, so I guess there should be something of such sort in ChimeraX too?
