That error looks like a problem with the graphics driver on your computer.  Or maybe a graphics driver isn't installed.  Since your ChimeraX is installed in the Redhat Linux location,  see https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/issues.html#linux_graphics.

To see the brand of graphics you have, run "lspci | grep VGA".  If it is not AMD, Intel, nor NVIDIA, then physically install a graphics card from one of those companies, and then install the corresponding graphics driver.
