
Hi JF, If you mean Cytoscape plugin structureVizX (structureViz for ChimeraX), you would need to also download ChimeraX: <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/index.html> <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html> However, I believe it is still under development and not yet released, and I don't know the stage of development. The developer is currently unavailable to ask, sorry. So it may not yet be in the stage where you can really use it.
