Subject: Re: [chimerax-users] where can I find the mesh option in chimeraX?
Hello,
When you are showing volume data there is automatically a Volume Viewer panel included in the window. Near the right end of it above the histogram is a menu, probably says "surface" if the map is currently shown as a surface -- click on that to show menu and choose "mesh" instead.
See ChimeraX Volume Viewer help
Or you can use a command, e.g.
volume all style mesh
There are lots of options in the "volume" command
I hope this helps,
Elaine
