Sometimes Google Colab has no GPU virtual machines available. I have only seen that happen a few times in the last couple years. The only remedy for that is to wait and try again later, or buy paid Google Colab services, for example, Google Colab Pro ($10/month). But even paid service does not guarantee a GPU will always be available. Tom
