Yes, the error is related to 2D labels, but something weird is going on because saving 2D labels in sessions doesn’t normally need the class that is being complained about. Your best chance to save most of your work is to delete all the 2D labels (probably easiest by closing them in the Model Panel) and try to save the session again.
It’s unfortunate that a session doesn’t save, because that would give us the best chance to reproduce and fix the problem.
If you can save the 2D-label-less session, and adding the 2D labels back gives the same error, that would also give us a chance to track it down…

Dear all,
I'm preparing a movie in chimeraX on macOS. There are more than 25 maps opened and also another 20 low-pass filtered maps generated within chimeraX by "vol gaussian". There are also ~20 pdb models, several positions saved by "view name" and ~20 2dlabels. I got the following error message when I save the .cxs file, and the session was not saved.
RuntimeError: Unable to restore objects of LabelModel class in ChimeraX-Label bundle because the class name is not listed in the name to class table for session restore

The session is still alive, and I have no problem when I save other much simpler sessions. Is there a way that I can get this big session saved? Is the error related to 2dlabels?
