Hi Krish, Yes, that is why the "zoom" command has a "frames" option: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/zoom.html> Example command zoom 1.5 frames 60 Meaning to zoom 1.5X spread over 60 frames.
