Working of fixing this - will hopefully get updated builds out today. There is a minor bug involved: ChimeraX 1.11.1 reports itself to the Toolshed as “1.11”… since I set ISOLDE’s minimum version requirement as 1.11.1 (because I didn’t have time to test against 1.11.0) the Toolshed decides it’s not compatible. Will release updated builds with the requirement relaxed to 1.11.0.
