
Hi Alex, For trajectory smoothing (without morphing) see this previous post and link therein: <https://mail.cgl.ucsf.edu/mailman/archives/list/chimerax-users@cgl.ucsf.edu/...> If you mean you are morphing between structures but it still isn't smooth, try putting more intermediate steps in the morph, namely the "frames" option of the command: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/morph.html> Other command options may also affect the resulting trajectory and how it looks, see the "morph" help page linked above for details. I've morphed between a series of models/submodels to create a smooth trajectory but is it possible to morph a loaded trajectory that's topology and trajectory file (.nc)? Or is there another way to smooth the motion of it if morph is just to create a trajectory between models?
