Hello, Are you using the AlphaFold Predict tool in ChimeraX? Here is the help page for that tool: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/alphafold.html#predict> ...and example video: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIbCAcMDM7E> ... but as mentioned in that ChimeraX help page, "The free version of Colab limits jobs to 12 hours and may terminate them at shorter times at Google's discretion (see the FAQ). Those who want to run longer and/or more frequent calculations may need to sign up for one of the paid Colab plans." If you are just using Google Colab directly, that is a question for Google instead of ChimeraX-users. But again, for faster GPU you may need to purchase one of the paid Colab plans as mentioned above. I thought the free one also used GPU but I'm not an expert on this topic. <https://colab.research.google.com/signup> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Hello,
I am trying to build a multimeric structure using AlphaFold collab, but it is not connecting to the GPU. How can I get a connection? Is there a fee for this? How to pay for this?
Thanks for your help.
