Normally, you should send email to support@wynton.ucsf.edu about using software on the Wynton HPC cluster. That said, if want to run a job on a compute node, ChimeraX would need to run in nogui mode. So you would prototype the script on your laptop, then submit it as a job on the compute cluster. In my other role as your professor's system administrator, I can install ChimeraX for you on wynton.
