Hi Casey,

 

  Press that "Report Bug" on the error dialog and submit a bug report and I will discuss it with you through bug tracking so we don't bother others on the mailing list none of whom are probably interested in this obscure depth sensing camera issue.

 

  The first things for you to check is whether your Intel RealSense D435 camera is working by using the Intel RealSense Viewer application
