Hello Lenka! Our map expert is away right now, but I believe you can do it with command "volume add" to add multiple maps together, and then "volume scale" to scale the result by a constant factor (e.g. multiply by 0.2 would be equivalent to dividing by 5 after yous added 5 maps together). See below for command examples and additional options: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#vop> <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#add> <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#scale> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Hello! I'd appreciate it if you could detail how manual averaging of multiple .mrc maps can be done in ChimeraX. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Lenka
