That is a binary bundle that only works with Python 3.9 on Microsoft Windows. ChimeraX 1.7 uses Python 3.11. So you would need to use an earlier version of ChimeraX to use that bundle. I'll ask the author if it can be updated. HTH, Greg On 4/12/2024 9:05 AM, Casey Eubanks via ChimeraX-users wrote:
