Hi Alex, That message is a warning ""Release of profile requested but webenginepage still not deleted" that used to sometimes happen in older ChimeraX versions when ChimeraX was quitting. It is not the reason ChimeraX quit, and the warning only indicates a problem with the Qt window toolkit trying to free resources during normal exit. So if your script is not working, that is not the cause. You will need to do some debugging to figure out why your script is not working. Probably the problem is your script does not correctly handle the input. I would expect you would get a Python traceback if it did not work. If ChimeraX actually crashed then the next time you start it it will detect the crash log and ask you to report a bug, and you should do that if you want us to help figure it out. Tom

I have a .py script that successfully works on 400 pdb's. I tried using the same script to open a single pdb containing several thousand models. ChimeraX quit and sent me this error message in terminal "Release of profile requested but webenginepage still not deleted"
