An official user guide for ChopChopMF is now available.

ChopChopMF is a ChimeraX plugin designed to streamline protein structure analysis — providing a GUI-based workflow for mapping sequence alignments, mutations, and protein-protein interfaces directly onto 3D structures, without requiring extensive command-line expertise.
