
IANAL. Yes, only you are affected by the licensing terms, not your publisher. And it appears that you are following the license, so you are in the clear. In my understanding licensing is not a problem, as I am with the university for Stuttgart and don’t earn money with this article. It would be nice if you could confirm this.
