Hi Elaine, Thanks for the tip with "alias delete all", I had not considered that one. My solution so far was to open the startup screen and copy all new aliases, then paste them in the command line and hit enter which overwrites everything with the newest ones. I understand that it is a pain to do this if you have a large repertoire of saved sessions, however. I hope this helps, Elaine
