However, if you are getting some lines in places where you don't want them, you could try changing the depthJump parameter and/or distance between front and back clipping planes -- see the "graphics silhouettes" command: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/graphics.html#silhouettes> Alternatively, instead of silhouettes, you could use selection to draw an outline on a specific part.
