Hi Thomas, Thanks for telling us about the concerning virus scan result. The link you sent seems to say 57 virus scanners detected nothing in ChimeraX 1.7.1, but one from Ikarus warned about Trojan.Win32.Diple. Seems likely to be a false positive. The page you linked gives no way for us to identify where it found the problem. ChimeraX includes about 100 3rd party libraries, and without any indication of what library or executable Ikarus found the problem in we don't have a way to check it. Tom

In case the link doesn't work, it says that "Ikarus" is warning about "Trojan.Win32.Diple", while passing the checks with several other antivirus software.
(I've seen a similar thread in the archive but it was from last year, therefore this one might be different)
