Connecting ChimeraX to Cytoscape via your structureVizX.zip file

Hi, I already use Chimera to cytoscape and I would like to add chimeraX. I downloaded your structureViZ.zip file and open it but I did not find what to do next. Thank you for your help Regards JF Bureau Institut Pasteur Paris, France

Hi JF, If you mean Cytoscape plugin structureVizX (structureViz for ChimeraX), you would need to also download ChimeraX: <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/index.html> <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html> However, I believe it is still under development and not yet released, and I don't know the stage of development. The developer is currently unavailable to ask, sorry. So it may not yet be in the stage where you can really use it. I see a Readme for structureVizX on github, but it appears to be the instructions for structureViz (the original plugin for Chimera only), and I can only guess it's just a placeholder for revisions as the new one is developed. <https://github.com/RBVI/structureVizX> Regards, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
