Hi Steven, Currently there is no direct way to combine sessions. The only very poor substitute is to open the first session, save all the structures as PDB or mmCIF files (making sure to save them “relative to” one of the models so that the coordinates are in the same reference frame), open the second session and then open the files you saved. This unfortunately loses any custom colors, styles, and display states you had for the first set of models. We have some harebrained ideas for possibly getting sessions to combine, but we are not certain they will work, and they will take a bit of work to implement. I will open a feature-request ticket in our bug-tracking database for combining sessions with you on the cc list, so you will be notified on any progress we make.
