MacOS two-finger swipe on help window

Hi all, Not sure this is a bug, but on my MacOS laptop when I use two finger swipe motion while hovering over the help window (to browse up and down the page), the help page is scrolled as expected, but simultaneously the view in the main window is rotated. Is this expected behavior? It seems a bit counter productive to me. Cheers, Alexis

My apologies, I realize now that I'm having trouble reproducing this. I will update this thread if/when I manage to find a proper reproducer. Cheers, Alexis On 7/2/19 4:40 PM, Alexis Rohou wrote:

Hi Alexis, We've seen this scrolling bug before where scrolling the help browser also rotates the molecule. https://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/trac/ChimeraX/ticket/2092 It appeared to be a bug in Qt 5.9 (used in ChimeraX 0.9 and daily builds until about June 4, 2019) that went away when we updated to Qt 5.12. Qt is the window toolkit used by ChimeraX. What version of ChimeraX did you see this problem in? Tom

Hi Tom, This was/is with 0.91 (2019-06-27), but I can't reproduce it now. I have tried following the steps in the bug report you linked, but no luck so far. I can update this thread if/when I manage to reproduce. Cheers, Alexis On 7/2/19 6:06 PM, Tom Goddard wrote:
