Hi JD, The "coordset slider" command is just to show the slider with the buttons, which it sounds like you did already get. <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/coordset.html#slider> Then you use the buttons on that slider GUI to play the trajectory, or to show its context menu for plotting etc. There is a triangle "play" button that changes into a vertical lines "pause" button -- just like playing a video on YouTube.
