Hi Andy, There is no "group" keyword in the ChimeraX "sym" command, see the help: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/sym.html#symmetry> (you can see your own copy of that page by clicking the "sym" link in the Log or by entering command "help sym") For the command to be understood, you need to remove the word "group" .... i.e. sym #1 c6*h,39.1,19.3,7,-1 coord #2 I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Dear All,
I am trying to generate symmetric copies of the atomic structure in a filament map and I get the following error
sym #1 group c6*h,39.1,19.3,7,-1 coord #2 (atomic structure is #1 and the map is #2)
error - Expected a keyword
What is incorrect in the command.
Stay safe & Regards
