Adjust the Rotation Axis Size in ChimeraX

Hello, Is there a way to adjust the size of the rotation axis generated by the command line "measure rotation #2 toModel #1, in ChimeraX? I am looking to adjust both the length and diameter of the axis display. Please let me know! Best, Aaron

Hi Aaron, See the "measure rotation" help. There are "length" and "radius" keyword options for controlling the axis model dimensions: < https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/measure.html#rotation> ...as well as a "color" option for its color. "If showAxis is true (default), a model showing the axis as a rod will be created, with the specified length (default the largest dimension of the bounding box of the displayed part of model2), radius (default 2.5% of the length), and color (default #d2d264)." There are also options for the slab dimensions if showSlabs is true. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
