Hi there, I really like chimeraX and I would like to have access to the github to play around more. Thanks so much in advance, Cheers, Johannes

Hi Johannes, All of the Python code in ChimeraX is included in the distribution in the following location Windows: ChimeraX/bin/Lib/site-packages/chimerax macOS: ChimeraX.app/Contents/lib/python3.7/site-packages/chimerax Linux: chimerax/lib/python3.7/site-packages/chimerax from the programming manual https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/devel/conventions.html <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/devel/conventions.html> If you feel you want to delve into the C++ send me your GitHub user name and I can add you to the repository. We hope to soon have the repository public subject to UCSF Tech Transfer office approval. Tom
