Hi Jianhao, In ChimeraX, you can show the outline box with any of the following: (1) in the icon toolbar across the top, click the "Map" tab, then click the icon that looks like a box <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/densitymaps.html> (2) using the context menu on the Volume Viewer tool.
