Hi Abhilash, I made a feature request to add a command for defining color palettes. It would let you name them and save them in your ChimeraX settings. rainbow palette cornflowerblue:red:gold:white

...where that example uses color names, but you could also use hex codes, etc. as detailed in the link below on how to specify colors.
