Apologies for an off-topic message. I'd like to express my gratitude to Elaine Meng in particular and the rest of the RVBI team who are tirelessly killing it in the Users mailing list with questions. On top of the amazing software, I appreciate the consistency, informativeness and thoughtfulness of each individual response.
