Hi Giuseppe, Apparently newer versions of macOS require ChimeraX to request permission to use the web cam. I added that code to the ChimeraX 1.11 release candidate and the daily build (November 25, 2025 or later) and tested on macOS 26.1 and webcam worked. Thanks for reporting the problem.
