Sorry, no, there is no option to draw a schematic ribbon with circles showing the residues. Probably they did it by hand in some custom diagram-drawing program. See if the publication says what they used. I know Biorender does some kinds of schematic diagrams but I don't know about this type of image specifically. Elaine ----- Elaine C. Thanks. Not mentioned in that particular paper, but found it in another article (knew, I had seen it somewhere). Putting it here just in case: atom2svg.py (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4090924). Since, I had a small sequence I did it by hand, but if it is >50 it would be quite cumbersome. If one uses the script, one might need to change the chain ID. thanks, Abhi
