Hi Bani Kaur, You can save the contents of the Log as an HTML file using the command "log save": <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/log.html#save> ... or by using the "Save As..." option in the Log tool's context menu: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/log.html> A context menu is shown by right-click (or if Mac trackpad or one-button mouse, Ctrl-click) when the cursor is in that tool: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/window.html#context-menu> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
