Hi Ahmad, I do not have this problem… the “missing segment” pseudobond lines are still shown after hiding the atoms. For example, 1www has two missing-segment dashed pseudobonds. After commands: open 1www hide #1 atoms … I still see the lines. So I don’t know what is happening in your case. I tested in the current daily build as well as in release version 0.9 from June 2019. Maybe you have a really old version of ChimeraX? If not, we’d need to know the exact steps required to show the issue. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
