Question about measuring the distance of helix axis
Dear ChimeraX supporting team: I try to measure the distance between two helix axises, but in the "distance" command there is only atom-to-atom usage in Chimera X. Is there any command and plugin for this function, such as in Chimera? Thank you. Best,
Sorry, axes/planes/centroids objects are not yet implemented in ChimeraX, although we would like to have something similar in the future. This is mentioned on the download page, in the short description of “missing features”: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html> For now, you can certainly continue to use Chimera for this purpose!
