Hello Ranti, If the question is: will ChimeraX add a membrane? Sorry, no, you would need to use some other method to generate the membrane, although you may be able to display the result in ChimeraX. I have heard of some web servers, but I have not tried any of these, so I can't give a specific recommendation or advice, nor do I know if they will work with your specific structures.
