Hi Clara, I added a menu entry to save the AlphaFold PAE plot image to a file that will be in tomorrow's ChimeraX daily build (November 15, 2022, not in 1.5 release candidate). You right click (on Mac ctrl-click) on the plot and there will be a "Save image" entry in the popup menu. Tom
