?Hi, apologies if this information is available somewhere but all my searches returned information for the original Chimera. Is there a way to generate stereo pairs either in the command line or GUI? Best, Gyunghoon Kang

Hi Gyunghoon Kang, In ChimeraX, you would use the “camera” command to show some kind of stereo in the main window, and then save the image in the usual way (“save” command or menu: File… Save). ChimeraX doesn’t have as many camera-mode choices as Chimera, but you could try “camera sbs” which I believe is like walleye stereo. <http://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/camera.html> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
