Hi Kwangjun, Thanks for reporting the problem. I have fixed it in tonight's ChimeraX builds (August 3). The ChimeraX daily builds from July 9 to August 2 were broken by a change on July 8 that allowed PAE data to be associated with structures with deleted residues that accidentally removed the association of PAE data with the structure in all cases. This was reported before but I tested on an older ChimeraX daily build that did not have the problem so I was not able to figure it out weeks ago. Tom
