Hello Qiang, I guess you are talking about ChimeraX, not Chimera. They are two different programs. You can just hide all the other glycine atoms. This is not a bug. The suppressBackboneDisplay *allows* you to show both cartoon and backbone atoms at the same time, but you can still hide all the atoms you don't want to show. cartoon suppress false hide :gly show :93 I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
