Hi
is there a command to invert selection like in chimera? or simply hide whatever that is not selected

Hi Yashar, You can invert selection with command:
sel ~ sel
(select what is not selected)
Or you can simply specify “what is not selected” in various other commands, for example:
hide ~ sel cartoon hide ~ sel
