Dear colleagues, I am currently using ChimeraX and would like to save my file as a .obj I tried the following command line: save "ATPtest.obj" obj But model is expected. I don't understand how I can specify it to incorporate the whole figure. Thank you, Best, Boris Chaumette MD/PhD - postdoctoral researcher Laboratory of Guy A. Hi Boris, You just have the wrong syntax; the command should be something like: save ATPtest.obj - Or - save ATPtest format obj …if your current working directory (use command “pwd” to report) is writable by you. The filename can also include location, e.g. something like save ~/Desktop/ATPtest.obj In the help “usage” line the bold keywords are literals, the italics are user-specified items, square brackets means optional. <http://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/save.html> <http://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/usageconventions.html> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
