Hi, If ChimeraX does not work now but it worked a week ago, then something changed with your computer. The first thing to try is to reboot your machine. The second thing to try is to check and make sure you have a graphics driver installed and that it is up to date (go to the manufacturer's web site for your graphics card and check). If neither of those help, then the third thing to do is start ChimeraX and open your PDB file but don't display hydrogen bonds. Instead, use the Help→Report A Bug menu item to send us a bug report, which will give us detailed information about your machine and the ChimeraX you have installed, and we can go from there. --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
