Salut Nicolas, It's awesome that you are using ChimeraX with high school students. Unfortunately, ChimeraX does not support alternate languages in the user interface.  But you could translate the help pages that are distributed with ChimeraX, so the help command would show a french version.  Exactly where those files are depends on which platform ChimeraX is installed on -- look for the share/docs/user/ folder in the ChimeraX installation. Thinking out loud, I can envision adding a parallel user_fr directory with french documentation that could be distributed with ChimeraX.  The problem there is keeping the translated help pages up to date.  Looking at the documentation source, I see that it could be better annotated for language translation.  And better annotation would help AI-based interfaces too.    Bonne chance,     Greg On 11/18/2025 2:23 AM, Nicolas Caudron - IA-IPR SVT via ChimeraX-users wrote:
