Hi Dmitry, The most probable explanation is that the download is just running slowly. If you want to install manually, you can download the Clipper and ISOLDE bundles for your platform from https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu/apps/chimeraxclipper and https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu/apps/chimeraxisolde respectively. Then start ChimeraX, and do: toolshed install {Clipper .whl file} toolshed install {ISOLDE .whl file} (using the full file names of the wheel files in place of the curly brackets). If you drag-and-drop the file from your browser onto the ChimeraX command line it will auto-fill the filename with full path.
