About "color by RMSD "
Dear Chiemra X team: Briefly, I want to ask you how to color a protein structure by RMSD in chimera X, after done matchmaker of two structures ? I know chimera can do this job, but I did’t find the equivalent function in chimera X. Allen Wu Allenwu1991@163.com Chengdu. China
